A local optics network, coordinated as one technical route.

TradeOPC is based in Shangrao and works with qualified local optical fabrication, coating and metrology partners. We select the route by process and requirement, then hold the technical thread from drawing review to release.

The public boundary is deliberate: standard ranges are shown as guidance, drawing-review work is identified separately, and anything outside the launch scope is stated rather than implied.

Send the drawing to the RFQ desk

One front door. A qualified route behind it.

Different optical processes have different strengths. Rather than force every part through one line, we match the route to the drawing and keep the assumptions, changes and acceptance criteria in one place.

  • 01One technical contact for drawing review, questions and change control
  • 02Process selection based on geometry, substrate, coating and inspection
  • 03Supplier identity kept out of the public catalogue
  • 04Scope and exclusions written into the quotation

From drawing to release

Every project starts with the same discipline: define the requirement, close the gaps, then choose the route.

01

Drawing and application review

We read the drawing against the optical function, flag ambiguous datums or tolerances and identify the parameters that drive cost or risk.

02

Material and coating alignment

Substrate, wavelength band, AOI, polarization and environmental exposure are checked before a coating route is proposed.

03

Route and inspection plan

Fabrication, coating and measurement steps are matched to the part. The inspection method and documentation are agreed with the quotation.

04

Release and change control

Production follows the approved baseline. Any drawing, coating or acceptance change is recorded before it affects the order.

Standard, drawing review and launch exclusions.

This matrix is a conversation tool, not a guarantee. Final feasibility depends on the complete drawing, substrate, coating curve, quantity and inspection plan.

Dimensions, tolerances, reflectance, transmission and inspection values are examples only. The approved drawing and quotation define the delivered requirement.

The release plan is agreed with the order.

Inspection is not a generic checklist. The drawing and application determine which measurements matter, how they are reported and what evidence travels with the parts.

  • Dimensional and geometric checks against the drawing
  • Surface figure and surface-quality measurement where specified
  • Coating R/T verification against the agreed curve
  • Material and lot traceability when required
  • Certificate of conformance and inspection report as agreed
  • NDA review before confidential technical files are exchanged

Give the route enough information to be honest.

A product name alone does not define an optical part. The following inputs let us respond with a scoped route rather than a generic price.

  1. 01Optical drawing or CAD model with critical dimensions
  2. 02Substrate and wavelength band
  3. 03Coating curve, AOI and polarization
  4. 04Prototype quantity and expected annual volume
  5. 05Inspection, documentation and acceptance requirements
  6. 06Target date, packaging and cleanliness requirements
