We design and manufacture optical components for instrument, laser and imaging programs. From prototype quantities to repeat production, we align the drawing, coating and inspection route before the first part is made.

What's slowing you down?

Most avoidable problems start before production. Here's where they usually begin.

Tolerance stacks, surface requirements and coating notes can create avoidable cost. We review the drawing before quoting so your team can make informed trade-offs.

A coating that works once is not enough. We align wavelength, angle of incidence, durability and inspection requirements before production starts.

Define the inspection plan with the order. Dimensional reports, surface data and lot traceability can be specified in the RFQ rather than added at shipment.

Optics, coating and assembly often sit with different suppliers. A single production route reduces handoffs, unclear ownership and avoidable schedule drift.

How we remove all these bottlenecks for you

One production route for geometry, substrate, coating and inspection. Fewer handoffs, clearer ownership and a documented route from drawing to shipment.

How it works

Send your drawing, STEP/IGES model, coating curve and quantity. Tell us which tolerances or inspection points are critical to the application.

We review material, geometry, coating and inspection requirements, then confirm assumptions, open questions and commercial terms in the quotation.

The approved route moves through fabrication and coating with defined hold points. Any drawing change is documented before it affects the order.

Inspection follows the agreed plan. Reports, packaging and shipping documents are prepared against the purchase order and destination requirements.
