Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the n8n-auto Google OAuth application operated by TradeOPC ("the App") accesses and uses Google user data.
What the App does
The App is a private automation integration used to maintain an internal creator-inventory spreadsheet. It runs on a self-hosted n8n instance controlled by the account owner.
Google data accessed
- Google Sheets spreadsheets that the App creates or is given access to.
- Basic Google Drive file metadata needed to create and update those spreadsheets.
- The Google account email address used to authorize the App.
How the data is used
The data is used only to create and update the TradeOPC creator-inventory spreadsheet. The App does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties, and does not use it for advertising or profiling.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored in the encrypted credential store of the self-hosted n8n instance. Spreadsheet data remains in the authorized user's Google account. Access is limited to the account owner and the server that runs the automation.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only while the automation is in use. You can revoke the App's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Deleting the n8n credential removes the stored OAuth tokens from the self-hosted instance.
